We do it properly. Our expertise isn't just with Microsoft (we are a Microsoft Partner) nor is it just with desktop computers and "a bit of software." As you've probably gathered by now, we are electronics engineers by trade and our knowledge therefore goes to the core of the equipment. We cover all types of computers, from dumb terminals to full servers with various flavours of operating systems and we're keen supporters of the Open Source Community.
We troubleshoot hardware including cable & networking, operating systems & relevant software and we have a good understanding of "Office Management Systems" in general, from the DOS powered varieties to the latest Exchange based solutions.
We keep a good stock of various spare parts to effect immediate repairs and are available for call out even outside normal working hours.
